Todd Bailey is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Financial Services Professional.  He has over 35 years of Banking and Financial Services experience and spent most of his career at SunTrust Banks, the Federal Reserve Bank and Georgia Primary Bank, a community bank he helped start in Atlanta.  He finished his banking career at Safe Systems, Inc. a fintech company in Alpharetta.

He now runs a small consulting practice where he provides fractional CXO roles to family owned businesses.

He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.  He has previously served on the Wellstar Foundation Board, United Way Investment Committee, and a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.  He and his family currently attend Mt. Bethel Church.

Todd is married to Melinda Bailey and has two children Thomas (18) and Anna (15).
